The company acquires Evertygo, creator of ImperiHome, the leading multibrand app for Smart Home and connected device management.
Available through the Google and Apple stores, ImperiHome manages over 50 connected devices (such as Netatmo, Nokia Health, Nest, Fitbit, Sonos, Philips HUE to name just a few) and over 10 different smart home ecosystems (such as Vera, Wink, Zipato, Eedomus, Jeedom and more).
It brings together hundreds of smart communicating devices.
A STRATEGIC ACQUISITION FOR ZIBLUE
This acquisition allows ZiBlue to strengthen its services geared toward large accounts in search of proven, performing and adaptable technologies in order to provide their own home automation, security, energy management and/or assistance offers.
Moreover, thanks to its API “ImperiHome Standard System”, every connected device manufacturer can join a unique platform for Early Adopter users on the connected devices and Smart Home market.
“The Smart Home or Smart Building development involves interoperability of affordable technologies, ease in offer deployment and data acquisition bringing a genuine benefit for the consumer,” says Laurent Perez, President of ZiBlue.
A NEW IMPERIHOME VERSION ALREADY AVAILABLE
This acquisition comes at the same time as the new ImperiHome 3.0 version launches on Apple and Google stores.
Among the new features, it integrates the WINK Smart Home environment (very well known in the US market), YEELIGHT connected light bulbs, a new design, and more.
ZiBlue’s ZiHome software will launch Q4 of 2017 and be integrated in to ImperiHome to transform every connected device (TV, TV box, Internet box, tablet, robot, Raspberry…) into a multi-protocol Smart Home hub in less than one minute.
ZiBlue’s technologies make the deployment of service offers easier at a much lower cost than other existing solutions. These innovations make Smart Home services more accessible.
ZiBlue will be at the Université SB4SC in Lyon on August 30 and 31, at the Alarme Protection Sécurité (APS) show in Paris which takes place from September 26 to 28, and at the Smart City Expo World Congress 2017 show in Barcelona from November 14 to 16.
